Flex IT - Leading Circular IT

Hello

In one of the many interviews that took place last year in the middle of the pandemic, I was talking about the shift of (market) maturity for circular and explaining why there is no reason to not buy circular anymore. It was merely another piece of the puzzle in building our brand together.

When we introduced our revised strategy January 2020 to you all, we made a deliberate choice to go circular. This seemed a natural progression given our legacy of 25 years spent working in the circular IT industry.

One of key building blocks in building our brand is being recognized as top of the A List in the circular IT hardware distribution industry. Our aim to become the Circular IT hardware vendor is very real.

In order to build a strong brand for Flex IT, we need clarity and guidelines. We must be consistent in our messaging in order to create energy, focus, demand and employer brand.

Our values and goals have already strengthened the company so we must stick to these in order to continue to grow.

These goals are:

  1. To grow Flex IT’s position as European Circular IT Hardware leader for the reseller channel.
  2. To ensure we constantly improve to ensure Flex IT stays a scalable, agile, customer-focused and output- driven organization.
  3. Implement sustainability initiatives that support (every process within) the Flex IT organization.

Core Values

It is vital that the team at Flex IT works and operates in line with our core values: Circularity, Entrepreneurship, Realism, Flexibility. You will read much more about these values within this book and we have created it to take the company through to the next chapter and our goals must be to develop, push, mature and help improve the circular IT hardware industry.

In these enlightened times there are no excuses NOT to go circular.

Why? Because as a company we believe in what we do. We are proud of the contribution we make and the fact that we can bring a higher level of energy to the market.
