Flex IT’s mission is to extend the life cycle of IT hardware products by answering the IT Hardware challenges for the channel partners and end users with Circular IT hardware solutions.

What makes Flex IT stand out from its competitors? Firstly, we provide clients with large-scale circular IT solutions. We are able to offer the widest and more comprehensive range of circular IT-products of any vendor in the market, and with services ranging from Sales, Rent, Lease, ITAD and Loans/ Demo we are uniquely positioned to service our partners, end users and vendors.
Flex IT also fully controls its own operations process via its two production sites (based in the Netherlands and Poland) and is constantly monitoring the market for obsolete stock that can be purchased and repurposed. This approach allows companies to maintain their standardized IT infrastructure when required, as we can continue to offer their preferred hardware.

Flex IT is much more than a distributor, we are also a producer of high-quality Circular IT. The pinnacle of our Circular portfolio is distributed through our Approved Selection product line. Approved Selection is one of the few tangible Flex IT product and brand that end-users interact with. Customers must know that it’s associated with Flex IT. Achieving this means that every positive experience associated with Approved Selection is reflected in the Flex IT brand - explaining the end-user market where Flex IT, Circular IT and Approved Selection are standing for.
The vision behind Approved Selection is to develop a brand of circular IT that warrants a quality that challenges new, both functionally and cosmetically. With impactful cost-savings and environmental benefits, circular IT is a great choice. But not all circular products are of equal quality. The Approved Selection line is sold through our extensive reseller network. Participants of the Flex IT Circular Partner Program will have priority for purchasing Approved Selection over non-partners. It is within the channels of these Flex IT partners where we must inform and convince end-users that Approved Selection is the best purchase for them.
